I am a college student. I spend my day in college and night in my room on study. How can I find and remain healthy??
College days are full of interesting. It keeps you busy and exciting. Most of the student get separated here from their family and comes here. They face lots of workload, related to study. All the day they spend on college and rest of the time they study at room. In doing this most of the student get ills just because their awareness of health cares. Me student don’t find tome to Spend for their health. Considering this, I outlined some tips for the busy student that will help them to remain healthy.

1. Start your health caring with a schedule. Include the things and events you need to make sure for your ideal health. Each student has particular health requirements, some need exercise but other needs regular eating most. So choose your own need, include the needs in your schedule defining when, and how to implement it.

2. Maintain a healthy bed habit. Sleep well everyday, try to follow a certain bed time. There is a common tendency of students, they enjoys night parties, Watches movies all the night, become a nighter, Study in the late night. All of these cause a health trouble. Insufficient sleep kills you working energy and concentration. If you continue to nighter than you can maintain a ideal health whatever you do e.g., Exercise, cycling.

3. Never leave your breakfast. Among the meals breakfast is so vital to you. Its long time from dinner to breakfast and your body demands balanced breakfast contains all the nutrition elements.

4. Ensure regular exercise. To keep you fit exercise is mandatory. There are many forms of exercise. Choose some wisely that fit you. Attend the gym. Walk around with your friends. Cycle riding is another unloving exercise you can enjoy. Cycling is really good for human body.

5. Check your health regularly by a good physician. Follow his suggestions if provided. Measure your weight within a time period. Maintain your weight according to your height.

6. Whatever are you, you can keep your self fit by regular meditation and yoga. It takes little time in returns it gives high refreshment with sound health.

7. Wash your hand properly before going to eat. Keep your refrigerator healthy.

8. Don’t smoke. If you really want to be healthy, do not want to spend your one third times in Hospitals then you must avoid smoking, drugs, etc.

9. Drink plenty of water. Water will keep your body sound. make a habit of water drinking

10. The last tip for you is making some room for recreation, entertainment, visiting friends, communicating with family. You will need these social bonding for keeping your health fresh all the time.
